Kent yönetiminde söz sahibi olan Belediye, İl Sağlık Müdürlüğü, Emniyet, İl Özel İdaresi ve diğer İl Müdürlüğü bazında çalışan kurumların, bünyelerinde oluşturdukları verileri kanunların verdiği yetkiler dahilinde Valilik bünyesinde kurulacak AFAD merkezlerinde paylaşması gerekliliği günümüzün en önemli konuları arasındadır.
